EXAMPLE FOR 1/4 COW (200 Ibs)


​Roasts - 30% 
I have mine packaged qty- 1 at 2 lbs each
Butcher options are 1, 2, 3 pounds per pack

Steaks Porterhouse - 30% 
T-Bone, Rib-Eye, and Sirloin  
I have mine cut 3/4 inch thick qty 2 per pack
Butchers options 1/2, 3/4, 1” , 1 1/2 thick
1, 2, 4 per pack option

Hamburger - 40%
I have mine half bulk (one pound pack) and the other half parties at 1/3 pound per patty
Butcher options bulk- 1, 2, 4 pounds per pack
Hamburger Patties either 1/4 pound or 1/3

Lastly, she will ask if you want Heart, Ribs, Tongue, or Liver. Brisket available upon request.
